Application and Description:

These FEP/polyimide/FEP tape insulated single-core M81381/7 cables are used in aerospace applications and other challenging applications. It is well-suited to applications concerned with smoke emission and overload stability.

Construction:

Conductor: Stranded silver-plated copper conductor

Insulation: FEP/polyimide/FEP tape insulation

Insulation Wall Thickness: 0.0065”

Jacket: modified aromatic polyimide coating

Characteristics:

Temperature Range: -55°C + 200°C

Voltage Rating: 600 volts

Color Code: MIL-STD-104 (See page 42 )
